Placing & reviewing an order

When ordering, provide accurate checkout details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders can be reviewed before fulfillment. Reasonable grounds for declining or canceling an order include suspected fraud, failed payment, a pricing or technical error, unavailable stock, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

Product details, availability & corrections

We aim to represent our swimming supplies accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and other reasonable factors can cause minor differences in appearance. Genuine description, price, stock or technical errors may be corrected. When a material error affects an order already submitted, we will explain the issue and the available resolution.

Prices, payment & offers

Checkout shows product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the final total before submission. The displayed payment methods are subject to authorization and relevant security or fraud checks. Promotions can carry eligibility criteria, expiry dates, product limitations or other conditions stated with the offer.

From processing to delivery

Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation; holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes may require up to 5 business days. Standard U.S. transit to supported destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Our facilities or designated partners may fulfill orders depending on stock, product location and destination. Read the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery assistance.

Returns, refunds & item problems

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. An approved return must be received and inspected before an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days. Contact us for instructions before sending a return.

Report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods with order details and relevant photos or video. After review, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution. Product or fulfillment errors will be addressed without additional costs to the customer resulting from that error.

Requesting cancellation

Ask promptly before fulfillment begins. We will make reasonable efforts to honor the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment starts. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
